The hotel has a beautiful wedge-shaped room with an incredible view of Pudong, making it a great value for the price I booked. While the staff was kind and responsive, there were also moments of rudeness that left me feeling a bit frustrated. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Financial District with easy access to the subway and surrounding restaurants. However, dining at the hotel was underwhelming and felt overpriced compared to the quality offered.
